2017 Inclusion Awards
This year's Inclusion Awards asks Maine students in grades 11 and 12 to respond to the prompt:
How does the full inclusion of Individuals with Disabilities in all aspects of community lilfe (school, work, recreation, etc.) benefit the community and it's members?
MDDC is hosting two contests as part of the 2017 Inclusion Awards. The Essay Contest asks students to respond to the prompt in a formal essay. The Creative Expression Contest encourages students to respond to the prompt using any creative medium, including creative writing, visual art (painting, sculpture, photography, etc.), music, video, etc.
Both contests award cash prizes to students, teachers, and high schools.
